Dr. Irene Estay is collaborating with Silver health, providing her expertise in cognitive and educational assessments for children and teenagers.
Dr. Estay, has been involved in the academic life as an Adjunct Professor for the Applied Psychology Department at the University of Calgary, professor of Phoenix University and Meritus University.
She has done extensive studies in the areas of Self-Esteem, Peak Performance and Psychology of Achievement.
In her role as a Manager of Professional resource in her career she won two awards: The Premier’s Award of Excellence for Services (1995) and The Alberta Quality Award for Services (1998). Most recently she was nominated for a Life Achievement Award by Immigrant Services Calgary (2017)
Her areas of expertise are ethics in the workplace, counselling and motivating individuals to find their path in life.
Dr. Diana Campbell-Smith. is a Registered Psychologist and owner of Transform Coaching & Counselling Inc.
Diana is collaborating with Silver Health providing her expertise as facilitator for trainings in organizations and individuals in mental health issues and coaching strategies for organizations.
Diana has more than 20 years of experience working with different techniques such Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to manage symptoms of Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or earlier life trauma. She also has experience working with past trauma and emotional triggers.
